A confirmation text/call/email will be sent at least twenty-four hours prior to the appointment. Guests who wish to hold their reservation must respond when contacted. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled to accommodate guests on our waitlist. Guests who wish to reschedule or cancel their appointments are asked to give at least twenty-four hours notice.
